FAQs

Is this a genuine kitchen offer?
Yes. We have never given away a Free Tap set before, subject to the offer terms and stock availability.

Does the offer apply to bespoke kitchens?
No. The offer applies to standard cabinetry only and does not apply to bespoke cabinetry.

What does the £1000 deposit actually secure?
The £1000 deposit secures a delivery date - BUT we can only keep to this date as long as the kitchen is then signed off in time, delays to signing off and agreeing what you need will delay your delivery.  At sign off we check what you require and allocate stock. Until that point, availability of stock cannot be guaranteed.  If we are low or out of stock on anything we will inform you and give you options, such as replacing with something else or getting that item made bespoke

Can I combine this offer with anything else?
No. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Is Autumn a good time to buy a kitchen?
It can be a good time if your design and decisions are already clear. It is also a busy period, so stock and lead times can become limited.

What happens if stock runs out?
Stock is limited. Orders are only confirmed once they are fully agreed, signed off, and the deposit has been received. At that stage, stock is allocated to the customer.
